Hwang Jang Lee is a corrupt Ming guard who frames John Liu for murder. A wanted fugitive, John hides out with a teen who is an expert in the infamous Iron Armor technique, a technique that means the expert can withstand anything. However, Hwang is an expert in it as well as the Eagle Claw's. Can John stop Hwang befgore it's too late?

Everything about Invincible Armour is first class, from great production values and cinematography to the enthralling spaghetti western soundtrack. The formidable Ng See Yuen holds the helm while stuntmen and fight choreographers of the caliber of Yuen Wai, Yuen Biao, and Yuen Shun Yi shape the splendid action.

Chan-Wing ( Sammo Hung ) is an arrogant young kung-fu fighter who goes around testing random strangers to see if he can find someone better than himself who can be his Master. After some searching he finds passive Leung Chun-Yau ( Leung Kar Yan ) who refuses to be Chan-wing's Master despite his undying and comical determinacy to get Leung to do so, until an ongoing family feud threatens to consume Leung's relatively peaceful life. The light hearted comedy of the first 30 minutes turns to a slightly darker, but none the less thrilling tone for the rest of the film. Excellent choreographed fighting sequences, an engrossing story, and a touch of humorous comedic moments make this a delight for even the most casual Sammo Hung fan. Not to discount Leung Kar Yan in the least, as he's simply amazing in this film as well.

Though the crotchety old man refuses to teach Chi his technique, Chi learns what he can in secret. After yet another battle with Hsia's henchman, the battered Chi is adopted by Chow Tung. But when Hsia and his lackeys kill both Uncle Chow and the fishmonger, Chi is driven into a cannibalistic rage!
